Dog Carrier Backpack
best airline for flying with a small dog in cabin?
in august im moving from las vegas to philly. i kind of inherited a chihuahua while i was out here and want to take her home with me. i understand the whole keep her in her carrier my questions are these:
whats the best airline to fly on when bringing the dog in the cabin with you?
im a musician and travel with my laptop and external hardrive with me at all times, cant afford to lose them, does the dog count as my carry-on or since i have to pay a fee to bring her, do i get an exception (example being Backpack with laptop and harddrive and dog in carrier)?

I flew on delta with my dog they were nice no problems I put a bag in the upper storage and my lunch on my lap
